Legacy Bible Program Application
We are excited that you are interested in joining Legacy! Even if you are still unsure about attending, we encourage you to apply so we know you are considering it. Please complete the form below to begin the application process.
Once submitted, we will contact the references you provide. We typically respond to initial applications within 1-2 weeks. At that time, we will ask you to answer follow-up questions and submit an essay. Before acceptance, you must read and agree to the "Legacy Bible Student Commitment" and provide proof of health insurance coverage for your time of study in Ohio.
If you plan to apply for financial sponsorship, please do so after submitting your initial application.
Sponsorship Application
Generous funding from Upward Bound Youth and various donors can cover up to 75% of the program costs, depending on the student's financial needs. This sponsorship can significantly reduce the $10,500 total program cost. If the student is unable to pay the remaining amount from their own personal finances, we help them with fundraising assistance during their time at Legacy. We also allow students to find a part-time job (max: 10 hours/week) and offer a low-interest, deferred payment plan that helps make Legacy affordable for every student, regardless of income. We have found that if we have students invest a little of their own funds and effort into the financing of Legacy, it helps foster a deeper personal investment in their own learning while at Legacy.
To apply, complete the general enrollment application first, followed by the scholarship application. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, application submission date, academic diligence, and a strong interest in future ministry. These are granted on a semester-by-semester basis, with continued eligibility reviewed after the first semester. Learn more about sponsorship requirements here.
